I have only been testing my blood sugar for a month now,
I have not been diagnosed yet,
but from what I have researched I have Diabetes.
I know Doctors hate people like me who diagnose themselves,
but hey I didn't create the Internet I Think Al Gore Did?
I will go to the Doctor soon to get on a plan,
I have been researching what types of
food do I need to eat to keep my sugar stable.
I have read some stuff about cinnamon
being great at stabilizing the blood sugar,
Well All I can say is did try it dry!
Almost choked my self!
I did mix it with low fat no sugar added Vanilla Yogurt
and it tasted fine.
