Lowered Blood Sugar

OK I am so excited! I started a low GI Diet 3 weeks ago!
And I feel Great! I am not having all the highs and lows like before,
don't get me wrong I am not
cured yet but I believe I am on the right track!
I just looked on line for a list of foods that had a
GI of 50 or less, and made up my meals with 90% of these foods.
I have lost 10lbs and my
average was 130 in the morning ,it is now around 115.

Wow the power of food!
